Why & how necessary is it to use a backup method for 7 days if you miss 2 pills? do you have to wait exactly 7 days? what is considered a missed pill?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Douglas Lawson answered

Missed pills: actually I tell patients to use back up the entire rest of their cycle, not just 7 days.
