33 what value: This depends on what her other health issues are. A lot of her condition can cause an increased CRP. The etiology will be determined by the tests her physicians are running. There could be infection or an underlying inflammatory conditions causing the blood in the stools or lungs suggested by the bloody phlegm.

Yes: It is high, although it is not diagnostic. Need to interpret result in setting of ailments, symptoms etc
