This translates into a body mass index (BMI) of 21.1 kg per meter squared. 163 lbs translate into a BMI of 29.8. BMI between 25 and 30 is considered "overweight", beyond that starts "obesity". You have to take these definitions with a grain of salt, though. Try not to gain any more weight first.
