You need 2 see PCP: As a start with a multitude of complaints, it could be anxiety, & worry makes them worse. Your PCP can get you referred to a proper professional for you don't B shy tell all, even if some causes may B personal or embarrassing. Truth must B told to get on the road to recovery. If there is explanation for the pain referral to the proper professional is also in order
