Yes, these symptoms could be caused meningitis. If so, probably it's due to a virus, not bacterial meningitis. That's a lot less serious, but you can't be certain -- you need medical care immediately. This is possibly a viral infection, and would check for COVID-19, RSV, Influenza A, but also consider spinal tap to effectively rule out meningitis. Agree with visit to urgent care center or emergency dept. ASAP.
