Antihistamines: Try obtaining some over the counter antihistamines and anti-inflammatory tablets. If you start spiking a temperature, this may mean that the insect bite is getting infected and you have a risk of developing sepsis. If you get short of breath, throat constriction, vomiting, skin rash, swelling of eyes and face, this could mean a more severe allergic reaction and you need to go to ER immediately.

Insect???: Exactly which insect? Are you sure you were attacked by an insect? Does not sound like any insect in Poland. Call your Dr, indicate that it is URGENT. If your DR is unable to see you, request that they arrange immediate care in another office.
