Dermatologist: time to see a skin expert, especially if this was a potentially venomous bite. You may have a foreign body imbedded in the skin site.- get examined.

That can be normal.: Discoloration and peeling depending on the type of spider bite and your reaction can last many months. Cortisone cream can be helpful. If bit on extremity symptoms can be even more prolonged particularly below the knee.
