Need to be seen: Kindly see yor doctor/dermatologist, can't be helped online, more history and physical examination are needed. In the interim you can try OTC cetirizine, loratadine or fexofenadine, regularly though, just to control the itching, hope it works, till you see your doctor first who may refer you to a dermatologist, best wishes
