Pre-natal Care: You will have to have menstrual cycles in order to become pregnant. Leave the Nuvaring out, take prenatal vitamins including 1 mg folic acid prescribed by your physician before pregnancy and avoid all medications possible and toxins while trying to become pregnant. No hot tub or hot baths. No drinking or smoking. Best wishes on a future new baby.
