No: While you can always get pregnant if you are having unprotected intercourse, this does not sound like pregnancy. It sounds like a gastrointestinal issue if it only happens after you eat and goes away in a few hours. If your periods are regular it isn't likely that you are pregnant. You can do a pregnancy test to confirm this but then see your primary care provider to look into what is going on.
