Age: The main issue for you is going to be age related decline in fertility. Unfortunately, women over 40 have a very low chance of conceiving due to ovarian reserve issues. There is also an increased chance of miscarriage and chromosome aneuploidy so you should probably talk to an infertility specialist if you are seriously interested in pregnancy at age 43.
