Pain: I have recently found a particular combo of meds that take care of even severe migraines. I recently read another md recommending it too. To be safe kidneys and liver function should be normal and no gerd. Ibuprofen 600-800mg + acetaminophen 1000mg q12 hrs if bad enough q8hrs
