Glomerulonephritis: Since you recently had glomerulonephritis go see a doctor/ urgent care within 24 hours for a urine and blood work( creatinine-CMP) also monitor your ankles for swelling .

Severe , lower back and RHS pain, to the extent I can hardly walk. The sever pain normally lasts , around 4 to 5 days, then abates to a level of 3/10 on a scale of pain. That usually lasts around two to three weeks, then again I have the severe pain.
