Get it seen: If she's taking a new medication, stop it. If she has a fever, take her to the emergency room. We don't want her dead from missed meningococcemia or rocky mountain spotted fever. In any case, get her to a physician soon. We're obviously not able to second-guess a rash with systemic symptoms but this is always worrisome.
