My boil popped on its own and the core came out i cleaned it up put antibiotics on it and when i checked on it i found more pus so what does tht mean?

Good!: Probably it is healing nicely. Throw away the antibiotic. ALL the OTC antibiotics such as bacitracin or neosporin are useless. They are also common sensitizers which means they cause allergic reactions very frequently. Instead, wash they area and lubricate it with vaseline or Aquaphor.
