Normal: Increased urinary frequency in the cold is normal. This is likely due to decreased evaporative loss of water from decreased sweating.

Totally normal: Cold environment inhibits secretion of antidiuretic hormone by the posterior pituitary gland, permitting more urine flow. Ergo every time you get cold you have to go. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
