I had a frozen embryo transfer 6 days ago. my estrogen level on day of transfer was 1,000 today they were a 2100. is this an indication of anything?

Fertility: I think that you should contact the Ob-Gyn Dr that transplanted the egg for you. I think that it shows the hormones are starting to change which is good probably but I am no expert on infertility problems. that is why you should contact your Dr sooner rather than later.
