Maybe: Klebsiella pneumoniae can usually be treated with antibiotics. Levofloxacin is one antibiotic that may work. There are some strains of this bacteria that are resistant to almost all antibiotics. If you had a culture done that grew this organism, then the lab should have also done sensitivities. Ask your doctor to check them.

Antibiotics : Levaquin has been used to treat conditions such as urinary tract infection from Klebsiella pneumoniae. However, because of issues with antibiotic resistance microbiological laboratory testing may be done to determine it's antibiotic susceptibility.
