Maybe: Klebsiella pneumoniae can usually be treated with antibiotics. Levofloxacin is one antibiotic that may work. There are some strains of this bacteria that are resistant to almost all antibiotics. If you had a culture done that grew this organism, then the lab should have also done sensitivities. Ask your doctor to check them.
