Medications: There are multiple medications for nausea and vomiting. You can discuss the options with your Obgyn and find a regimen that helps you out. If your doctor only saw one baby on the ultrasound then it is clear that there are not twins.

Can a pregnancy ultrasound miss a twin? I had an early (8 weeks) ultrasound and the doctor said she couldn't rule out twins at this point. Could another baby really be "hiding"? Only one heartbeat detected, so i don't know what to expect.
With twin pregnancy is it okay for one baby to move during ultrasound and the other not to at 11 weeks? Both had strong heart beats (164 & 165) and measuring ahead. Tech wasnt concerned?
