Probably normal: All patients experience pain after laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. The pain doesn't always correlate with the incisions since we operate in various portions of the abdomen through those incisions. if the pain is improving, fevers and tolerating a diet normally it is part of a normal postoperative recovery. pain from surgery usually resolved within 8 weeks. If pain worsens see your surgeon
