I had a peroid for a week and then i thought i was done but a week later im still bleeding and its been almost over a week this peroid what should do?

Check with OB: Excessive or continuous bleeding may indicate hormonal imbalance or some physical problem in the uterus. Check it out.

Many causes of this: There are many causes of abnormal vaginal bleeding. Most of the time it's just temporary fluctuations in hormones, Pregnancy should be ruled out with a urine test if symptoms persist. If that's negative and bleeding remains abnormal, then other testing for hormonal abnormalities (like thyroid) should be done.
