Possibly: you should always check with your doctor (or your pharmacist) who prescribed the medication to you if it is okay to take the two meds together, and never take medications that are not prescribed to you! That being said, there are cautions when taking these two medications together. Vasodilation, severe hypotension (low blood pressure) central nervous system and respiratory depression, drowsiness.
