Hey i got a urine culture says group b is 10,000... what is group b? is it only found in pregnant women?

Not only pregnant: Group b streptococcus. It is one type of bacteria. Normal gut flora and in some people genital tract. It is not only found in pregnant women (some reports upto 25% of women has positive culture) but it is serious in pregnancy (to the newborn infant) and needs treatment. I hope this helps.
