Enlarged pores cheek: Proper exfoliation is key to a refined complexion and less noticeable pores. At our clinic, we recommend a combination of a glycolic acid or lactic acid cleanser, with a minimum of .5% retinol or .05% tretinoin and a broad spectrum antioxidant sunscreen. For some patients we include either peels, IPL or non-invasive laser treatments.
