Will my brother face long-term effects from his adhd medication?

No long term effects: The ADHD literature suggests that there are no long term negative side effects from the use of stimulant medication. Typically, the negative effects from NOT using meds, if you need them, are far more significant than are the effects from using the meds. Note, this is for stimulants, other meds can be another matter. Positive effects maintain as long as one takes the meds.
