A member asked:

Will adderall and ritalin (methylphenidate) show up as the same compound on a doctor's urine drug test?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: They are distinctly different drugs. They are cousins, in drug terms and a simplistic test might simply be positive for their family, but most testing done today would detect the difference.
