Yes it will: To diagnose Hypothyroidism you do not have to fast,but if your blood was collected while fasting for some other reason it is ok/And will tell if you have Hypothyroidism as long as you are tested for it.You need T3T4FreeT4 and TSH level done on fasting or non fasting specimen
