Depends: They work chemically differently to lower blood pressure, and partly because of that, they each can have different side effects - and in some cases, their specific side effects should be avoided in people with different diseases. Also, sometimes each drug works better in different disease states for reasons we don't know. So "better" often just takes an individual's health history into account.
