Comments: Usually occurs on going to bed or in midst of night, and rarely will present on arousal. If indeed you have true RLS, might check you iron metabolism, by getting ferritin level, but consideration for a sleep study and an EEG might also pin down what is occurring. See a neurologist and get this evaluated.
