These two products: trigger heartburn for many. Dairy products like milk, sour cream, ice cream & cottage cheese can be problematic. Cuts of meat that are high fat like beef, pork or lamb increase the chance of acid reflux. In this case, you combining the two means that you are increasing chances for reflux.
