ETD: You may be having trouble equalizing the pressure in your middle ear. This often creates a fullness and muffled sensations; you want to pop or clear your ears. It is called eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD). Decongestant or nasal steroid sprays can help. There may be other issues to check. A doctor needs to examine and evaluate this.
