Eyelid swells: Swelling under eyelid can be due to the following [most common to least]: swelling from allergy; age issue (blepharoptosis, dermatochalasis), genetic variations; blocked meibomian gland (sty, chalazion); too much salt in diet; heart or kidney problem; mass or tumor).
