Maybe not simple: Facial "twitching" can be caused by hemifacial spasm, facial myokymia, benign fasciculations, Tourette's, various types of blepharospam issues, etc. We may be able to assist further by a Concierge visit at HealthTap, but you would be better served by visit to a neurologist.
