Why does my 10-year-old daughter keep having accidents and wetting herself?

Is this a new: problem? Is she having pain or burning when she urinates? Is she drinking more than usual? She could have a urinary tract infection. Frequent urination can also be a sign of diabetes. Accidents can also occur with stress/anxiety in a child. Please see her pediatrician and have her urine tested.
