Sleepwalking risk: To v risk of sleepwalking: 1. avoid sleep deprivation. 2. Avoid excessive stimulation before bed tv (auditory & visual), radio (auditory), blue lights, confrontations, exercise, etc. 3. Manage your stress levels.
