Intra thoracic change: When you inhale and/or exhale, there are changes in intra thoracic pressure and with that, the filling of the heart changes (amount of blood in diastole) That may be enough to "feeel" the heart differently. Nothing to worry about!!!

I have a hard time inhaling air while walking. Gets me lightheaded a bit. When i stop its fine. Had covid in march. Never had breathing issues then. Just checked heart by echo and all is fine. Do have pressure in left arm at times though. Bayer helps?
