Frag in v ASA: these are two different kinds of medications and they are, by design, administered by different routes.

Very different: Medications, with different mechanism to reduce the formation of blood clots and different risks of bleeding complications. The choice of which one is very dependent on a person's underlying problem, like aspirin being used for preventing heart attacks versus Fragmin (dalteparin) for treating pulmonary embolisms (blog clots of the lung.)
