Better/worse: I suppose you could get many opinions on this. Spironolactone has been around forever, very inexpensive and safe; Flutamide is newer, somewhat more effective, and expensive. For women wanting or at-risk to get pregnant neither is good, but spironolactone may be safer if you conceicve unexpectedly.
