My hand is a little swollen no pain but i do stress a lot, my question is do i have cancer or hand tumor?

Many possible causes: Unless your hand shows a localized area of growth/tumor or swelling which is steadily increasing in size over the next 4-6 weeks, it is not likely to be anything serious. If it is increasing in size then you need to show it to your doctor.
