In moderation: No interactions are listed between Famvir (famciclovir) and ethanol (drinking alcohol) but moderation is always wise. Famvir (famciclovir) can cause nausea & vomiting by itself.

I would not: I would not. It is not a good idea to mix alcohol with any medication.
