What kind of doctor can my daughter see after getting her first period?

Her regular doc: This does not change things for a girl any more than penile growth and nocturnal emissions would change it for a boy. Pelvic exams are not recommended for girls until sexual activity starts and or the age of 21. I see my patients until they graduate fro high school and or decide to move on. I have them see a consultant OBGYN if they have problems with their cycles.
