Salicylic acid: Find a wash with salicylic acid, or perhaps use basis or other mild soap and water plus topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid. Nothing that works against acne is pleasant, but you'll be doing yourself a huge favor by using anti-acne Rx.
