SGA: long list; if you have any chronic disease or inadequate nutrition during pregnancy if your placental was not working adequately due reasons like faulty implantation, high blood pressure, placental blood clots, etc if your baby acquired congenital infection or genetic disease, usually will have other problems beside being small
