Lumbar spine: There are 5 lumbar vertebrae in the lower back spine. The last is L-5 which sits on top of the first sacral vertebra(all fused), which articulate with the tail bones. Sometimes the S-1 is developed non-fused, and resembles a "6th lumbar vertebra". Hence lumbarized. In the pseudoarticulation, one side is free, the other side is fused. This might have significance on spinal nerves symptoms. Konfuzd?
