Allergic reaction?: An itchy rash on chest, arms and neck could be due to an allergic reaction. If it suddenly occurred overnight, it is is possible that is is due to a reaction from something in the bed like bed bugs. Try OTC antihistamines (zyrtec, allegra) to see if rash resolves. If not, please see primary care provider.
