It is effective: Every individual has very unique responses to treatment. Some respond better than others and it may be difficult to know how well someone will respond. In addition, there are treatment operator effects- derma roller devices come in different lengths. Obviously, the deeper the device penetrates, the more reaction, either positive or negative. Your best bet- find an experienced practitioner.
