Depends on your driv: Since you are 50 I assume the disability developed recently. A lot depends on what body part is affected and if you need that in your job description. Too many unknowns to provide adequate response, but you have access to doctors and therapists trained to assess your condition and provide therapy or adaptive equipment to,increase your performance
