No limits: Usually done at birth, as a custom. Pain associated with the procedure needs to be managed in older children/adults.

None: However, if you mean is there a limit for "newborn" circumcisions, many providers will refuse if older than 4 weeks. It can be done with local anesthesia in older infants however. Check with your provider.
