Chewing tobacco: Tobacco is an irritant to living tissues. Personally I would worry more about the potential of all tobacco products causing oral cancer. You are playing Russian Roulette with your life. Think about it and make wise choices.

It is possible: The cause of canker sores is not clear. However, may be aggravated by irritation from chewing tobacco. Make a concrete date in mind when you're quitting chewing tobacco.
