Yes: Depends on what "damaged" means, but a fractured coccyx should heal, unless there is significant displacement, or associated medical conditions which prevent healing. If you are having persistent pain at your coccyx, your doctor can check x-rays and other imaging studies to assess the underlying anatomy.
